So today I am gonna go off my normal rants, and go into something that effects single parents around the world. I am beyond pissed right now. My eldest two children have a DEAD BEAT DAD. He will not pay child support, no matter how bad we may need it. He has money, he works, he just doesn't feel like he is obligated in anyway to support his children emotionally, or psychologically. HE is a nobody.
I filed papers with the Florida Child Support Enforcement Office, and over a year later I still have nothing. There was at one point a court date set, but the day after I received notice it was set, I received another notice saying it was cancelled due to a support obligation in another state. What? There was not another order set anywhere. So I called the office and they informed me that he had told them there was an order set for some other children ( not mine) whom I had never heard of in TN. So at this point I am just lost. First of all there are no other children, secondly even if there were, what would there order have to do with my children.
I don't know why they have a system set up that seems to help these parents to get off the hook with there obligations, instead of helping the custodial parent. It is sad enough these children are growing up with only one of their biological parents, but to allow these parents who have decided to walk away to have no responsibilities to these children is just an outrage. So I say this shame on you James Thomas Pritchett Jr, and all the other dead beat parents out there. Karma can play many cruel acts on a person, and I can assure you that your will catch up with you. Hopefully sooner than later.
